For domestic orders within Canada, the standard shipping fee is $18 for most items, including bracelets, necklaces, and rings. Heavier or larger items may require a higher shipping rate of approximately $38, which will be calculated automatically at checkout.We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100.International shipping rates vary depending on the weight and destination of the package, typically ranging from $20 to $50. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received. All parcels are shipped via Canada Post and include tracking whenever available.

Damage & Lost Parcel Policy
We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, once a parcel has been shipped, delivery is handled by the postal carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the damaged item

Photos of the packaging (including shipping label)
After review, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on item availability and condition.
Please do not discard the packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Lost Parcels
All orders include tracking whenever available. If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

Please check with household members, neighbours, or your local post office

Allow 1–2 business days in case of delivery scanning delays

Contact us so we can help open an investigation with the carrier
Once a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or store credit where possible.
